I don't have a whole lot to catch you up on. And don't worry, this post won't be nearly as graphic as the last. I've told a couple of people a cute story about my husband, so I thought I'd share it with the rest of you.
We received a couple of gifts in the mail last week after announcing our good news to our family and friends. A girl, Krystal, that I worked with in San Angelo sent us a package with some beginner baby stuff like bottles, headache medicine (ha), a pack of onesies, and two really cute footie-pajama onesies for newborns. One is yellow with ducks all over it, including a bigger, fuzzy duck on the front. It's soooo cute. When Chad got home from work and got to see our new goodies, he LOVED the outfits. He picked up the yellow onesie and started tossing it in the air above his head like there was a little kid in it. Up and down, up and down along with a little 'weeeee', haha. I asked him through a giggle what he was doing and he replied, "just practicing...:
)". It was so cute.
Later that evening, I asked him if he thought we would bring baby home in that outfit and his response was, "well, probably not because I'm considering taking it overseas with me when I go and it might be worn out by the time I get back." haha. Well, okay then.
On another note, I'm a little lost at what I should do about a swimsuit this summer. I'm not really sure how big I will be, if a bikini won't be cute on me anymore, and if I should just go 'mommy' and get a tankini and hope that it fits throughout the summer. Anyone out there who was about 16-25 weeks pregnant during the summer know what I should do? I don't want to wait until all of the swimsuits in stores have been picked through and my size is no longer available in a match, haha. That's so frustrating! :) Help and suggestions are welcome from anyone who has any!
Also, North Myrtle Beach is trying to fight some really huge wildfires right now and are having trouble getting them under control. My sis-in-law is only about 6 miles away from where the majority of the mess is going down. So far, she hasn't been told she has to evacuate, but it's still a possibility. So far, about 15,000 acres have burned and 70+ homes have been engulfed and destroyed. The winds are blowing pretty hard which isn't helping the situation. As of right now, no fatalities have been reported as most people had enough warning to evacuate last night. I really hope they can contain the fires and get a hold of it all. Please pray for the families and businesses that have had all of their possessions destroyed. And my in-laws are safe and sound where they are in super-south Myrtle Beach, so no worries there, thank goodness!
I guess that's it for now! A little bit of bouncing around, but a post nonetheless. :)

I say show that baby belly!!! It is better to show all of the belly than with a tankini you might not get it all covered. Just some advice plus at that stage you still feel cute!
Yeah, actually today was the first day I heard about it and now it's ALL I've heard about! We're actually trying to decide if we're still going..SO frustrating! but thanks for the warning =)
